Raised Beds
Raised planting beds sit above, rather than below the surface of the ground. Raised beds enhance drainage and allow sunlight to heat the soil and plant roots easily, leading to healthier plants, longer planting seasons and larger harvests. There is also an ergonomic benefit; because we raise the planting surface off the ground, gardeners have an easier time tending their gardens. In addition, raised beds produce approximately twice as much per square foot as an in-ground garden in the same space.
We want all of our customers to obtain the best possible results growing their crops or plants with their Teich Garden System. Therefore, we use only high quality soil in our gardens, assuring the best possible results. This enables our customers to have a clean, healthy growing medium. When desired, we can mix custom soils to meet customer specifications for particular crops.
