Our school gardens feature wide walkways to accommodate large numbers of young gardeners, as well as planting beds of varying depths to permit children and their teachers to experiment with a wide range of flowers and vegetables.

Each Teich School Garden is fully handicapped accessible to permit every child to participate fully in all aspects of the gardening experience. Teich School Gardens are perfect for urban schools. Because we use raised beds and bring in 100% organic soil, our gardens can be installed on paved surfaces and on empty lots where the native soil might be environmentally suspect. We just need sun and a permanent space.
